At OMB, we believe that lasting impact requires a systemic approach. You cannot fix the part without understanding the whole. True resilience – whether for a single individual or an entire workforce – relies on a solid foundation. We look beyond surface-level symptoms to remove the root barriers to progress, creating the conditions for sustainable change.

For the Individual

We honor your bio-individuality. Using the three pillars of Mind, Movement, and Nutrition, we customize a routine that fits your physiology. Our goal is to give you the education and autonomy to thrive on your own.

For the Organization

We apply this same rigor to your unique culture. We move beyond perks to address the root drivers of your challenges, designing an operational strategy that fosters engagement and resilience without compromising your company's DNA.

Our name

Growing up, our founder, Meryem Kettani, learned early on that physical strength combined with healthy eating habits can lead to mental well-being. As an adult, her continued pursuit of a healthier, happier life led her to skateboarder and entrepreneur, Rodney Mullen –the inventor of skateboarding’s foundational trick, the flat-ground ollie – and to the realization that everything is interconnected. So, Ollie mind and body is a tip of the hat to Mr. Mullen and the fact that when you start with a solid foundation you can build anything and be anything you want to be.

Our founder

Ollie Mind & Body (OMB) was founded by Meryem Kettani, a Moroccan-born, French-adopted, and New York-based Organizational Design executive and certified integrative health coach. With a career spanning Europe, North Africa, and the U.S., Meryem spent years working across creative agencies, startups, and global institutions.

Along the way, she recognized a critical pattern: barriers to growth are rarely a failure of effort; they are a failure of design.

Meryem founded OMB in 2021 to challenge the conventional separation between "work" and "wellness." She combines business acumen with holistic wellness principles to offer a unified solution. Whether helping an individual reclaim their energy or advising a company on culture, her mission is the same: to build sustainable systems where people and organizations thrive.

Natasha Cifarelli
Head Coach –Nutrition

Immersed from early childhood in the health and wellness space, an elite marathon runner and aerobics instructor always brought her to train and watch alongside, and note the importance of a healthy diet. When her parents separated when she was twelve, her diet significantly changed, as did her health. “In retrospect, the change in my energy and mental state was huge”. “In my early twenties, I slowly migrated back to what I knew and have been on a health journey ever since, for my husband, 3 boys and whoever I can inspire to feel and live better”
